This place suits me perfectly, offering internet access, luggage storage, and a fitness center. The staff once helped with my late departure. I recommend trying the delicious breakfast buffet.

We loved visiting Mamilla Mall and the Arab Souk Market for some great shopping. The hotel is super close to everything, and the spacious rooms were a big plus. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, typical Israeli style. Don't miss out on the view from the fourth floor!
The only downside was the WiFi. It was pretty bad when the hotel was crowded. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Couples will find it decent enough
The breakfast spread was generous , with a huge selection of traditional foods and many salads.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly , but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I had a wonderful five-night stay with plenty of room for relaxation and comfortable amenities. The swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and the cozy garden area was lovely for reading. The coffee machines at breakfast could have worked better, but that didn't take away from the great experience overall. 😊

Very nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. No complaints.
The bar area was a little loud at the weekend; it's a wide open space with no partitioning for small groups. Minor issue.

Nice hotel, close to old Jerusalem, good facilities and clean. Great breakfast. Hotel is expensive but so is every hotel in Israel.

good location , but needs better internet
The location is great, just two stops from the Old City and Jaffa Gate. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods that suited my taste. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room .
The WiFi was quite poor during peak hours, frustrating.

We loved visiting the nearby Arab Souk Market, vibrant and full of life. Staying with my dad, we also found the location to be perfect for exploring all the historical sites. The hotel offered a relaxed vibe and spacious rooms.
My kids wished for the pool to stay open longer.

The hotel was fairly large, with courteous and welcoming staff and MAGNIFICENT location in front of the ultra-Orthodox Mea Shearim neighborhood. Location: the property was close to restaurants. Went to Nutella Chocolate Pizza to try specialties, it's approx 5 mins walk away.

The location. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Damascus Gate. The breakfast buffet was also the best we experienced during a four week visit to Jordan, Israel and Egypt.
The reception staff were disorganised, disinterested in guests and clueless about customer service. There was also no information about hotel services in our room nor was there free tea or coffee which is the norm at most hotels.
